Starting at the early age of 12 , Justin was raised with a passion and love for music and theater. Jazz, pop, gospel, and folk music are only a few of Justin’s passion. A music education major with a focus in vocal performance, he attended University of Maryland and Towson University, where he learned to sharpen and master his abilities as a musician. Justin’s music career has taken him to places such as Carnegie Hall and the jazz capital of the world – New Orleans, Justin is also a gifted actor. He has performed in local theater productions in Baltimore and was also a character on the HBO hit series “The Wire.” Justin’s passion is rooted in the power of what music can do for the mind, body, and soul and he endeavors to instill that into every student he meets. Justin’s focus lies in building a foundation of good technique that will build confidence and enable self expression.
