Do you need to cancel a lesson? We’re here to help! You may reschedule a lesson online through your Stages profile, or you can call or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to reschedule for you. Cancellations must be done with at least 24 hours notice in order to be eligible for a reschedule. Lessons cancelled in under 24 hours will result in the loss of that lesson. You can reschedule a lesson online by going to www.stagesmusicarts.com, and entering your login information to access your profile. Within the profile, you can choose the lesson you would like to reschedule and click “reschedule." A list of available times will appear in blue. Click on the time that works best for you and follow the prompts to finish the reschedule. If a lesson is cancelled within the acceptable amount of time but you cannot reschedule at that moment, simply cancel the lesson and you will be awarded a lesson credit that can be applied at a later date. Lesson credits expire in 30 days, so students and parents are responsible for rescheduling lessons within that 30-day period.
