Molly Garrett is a dedicated and versatile musician with a passion for teaching. Molly graduated from Towson University with a B.A. in Vocal Jazz Performance, but is also well-trained and adept at classical and commercial styles. Additionally, Molly has studied guitar since she was 13 years old.
Within six months of receiving her first guitar, Molly was composing and performing original songs. Around that time, Molly formed her first band, Electric Molly, which still performs regularly. The group has been on three cross-country tours and plays nearly every Friday and Saturday nights at popular venues in Baltimore and Harford County.
Molly hopes to inspire young musicians to follow their dreams, while simultaneously aiding them to set reasonable and realistic goals.
