When you sign up for recurring services – such as weekly instrument lessons or our band program – you are automatically considered a member of The Stages Academy. Membership in the Academy entitles you to a wealth of free and discounted services and added value worth hundreds of dollars every month!
The Stages Academy is designed to encourage students to expand their horizons beyond their weekly lessons and become active members of our community. We want our students to take advantage of the wealth of opportunities we provide for education, collaboration and enjoyment. We aim to provide a robust music education experience by creating access to world-class opportunities beyond your weekly lesson and hope you will take advantage of all we have to offer!

Each month, we offer 4 group classes on special topics such as guitar pedals, songwriting, electronic music, vocal techniques, genre studies, improvisation and more! Over $100 in added educational value – always FREE for members!
Throughout the year we bring in some of the most world-class artists and high-caliber musicians to share their wisdom and experience with our community. No other music school around has access to such high-level talent and these masterclasses are also FREE for students!
Performing is its own skill set that also requires practice! We offer many opportunities to exercise your performance chops, including three annual student recitals, bi-monthly open mic nights, a rock-band program for kids, teens & adults and more!
We’ve developed our own in-house, 8-level curriculum for the primary instruments we teach that functions as a starting point and a road map for your study. Whether you follow it to the letter or use it loosely as a guide, these educational resources are always FREE for Academy members.
Stages Academy members and their families automatically receive 50% off all “Stages Presents” concerts throughout the year. We host talent from instructors to local favorites to national acts on one of our two stages – an indoor 60-seat performance hall and an elegant outdoor patio that seats over 150.
Academy members are welcome to use our lesson rooms for free to practice (subject to availability) and members can rent our studios for band rehearsals for only $15/hour!

When you sign up for a weekly recurring lesson or enroll in a band or electronic music session, you are automatically a member of The Stages Academy (for the duration of your enrollment) and entitled to all the benefits membership provides!
Weekly 30-minute lesson | $175/month
Weekly 45-minute lesson | $262.50/month
Weekly 60-minute lesson | $350/month
Enrollment in rock band or EMP session | $150/month for 4 months
Private music lesson enrollment is ongoing and continuous until you cancel. In order to prevent the monthly fee being charged on the first of the month, cancellation must be received in writing by the 15th of the previous month.
Enrollment in rock band or group electronic music classes is for the duration of the session (4 months fall and winter, 3 months summer) and students must re-register for each new session.
We have a robust client portal, Opus1, that enables you to achieve many account management tasks on your own, including updating your contact information, canceling and rescheduling lessons, signing up for recitals, summer camps, etc. and more!
