Danny Gwinn is a musician and educator with over 15 years of experience on guitar. Largely self-taught in his early years, Danny learned through playing, writing, and collaborating with other musicians—an experience that still shapes his teaching today. He believes learning an instrument should feel natural, creative, and engaging, helping each student find their own voice and stay excited about making music.

His background includes hands-on training in audio engineering and music production at Omega Studios, studio experience at Red Bridge Studios, and studies in music theory, classical guitar, and jazz performance at Salisbury University. Danny is also an active performing musician who regularly plays live as the guitarist, co-writer, and bandleader of the Baltimore-based blues, rock, and soul band Mallow Hill. Drawing from self-guided learning, formal study, recording, songwriting, and live performance, Danny helps students build the skills and confidence to create and pursue music in a way that feels meaningful and rewarding.
