Stages Music Arts proudly presents our 8th Annual Winter Student Band Showcase – Frost Fest – on Sunday, March 1st at a new location – the beautiful David Niven Theater at Oldfields School in Sparks, Maryland. We’ve retooled our band program to feature more bands and more shows throughout the year, so this year’s Frost Fest will look a little different.
