Nicholas Hawkins, a South Carolina native, began his musical training with piano lessons at the age 6, but after singing his first solo in church several years later, his passion for singing was ignited. Nicholas, went on to receive his degree in vocal performance from the University of South Carolina in 2016, where he was a choral scholar and Gene Ferguson Vocal Scholarship recipient. Since that time, Nicholas has put together a career that thus far, has included almost a decade of experience as a music instructor, and roles ranging from Il Commendatore (Don Giovanni), to Chief Bromden (One Who Flew Over the Cuckoo‘s Nest). Most importantly, Nicholas takes joy in using his experience to help his students improve themselves as musicians, in a healthy and fun way.
