Join us for an evening of original songs and jazz standards with the sultry & powerful jazz vocalist Shannon Czapla. Shannon, along with guitar instructor Walsh Kunkel are teaming up to present a variety of repertoire centered around jazz standards that they have enjoyed since their time together at Towson. Selections from their favorite bands and original music will join the set as well. Join them for a moody, spacey concert highlighting some of their favorite jams. Doors at 6:30 PM; Show at 7:00 PM.

Stages Presents: Andy Bopp

Andy Bopp, known for his prowess in the power pop genre, is branching out for this show into a more Americana sound. Andy will be joined by Greta Thomas on violin, Ahren Buchheister on pedal steel and Cord Neal on upright bass. He has had two albums with his band Love Nut on Interscope and Sony Records. His 1998 release, Life on Planet Earth was the number 17 power-pop album of all time, according to Goldmine magazine. He has released 16 albums in a span of 25 years and music has been featured in several movies and TV commercials over the years. Doors @ 6:30 pm  |  Show at 7:00 pm

$250 Solo and Duo Artists; $500 Full Bands

Join LJR Creative on February 26th for a video and photo content generation event to help you get affordable video & photo content to promote your music. Videos are shot with a single moving camera angle (see these video examples from previous events for samples). Each artist gets a 45-minute slot to film up to 4 of these one take videos (note: limit of 4 takes per song). The first video is $250 for solo and duo artists, $500 for bands. Photos are $200.

Jam Night

Let's jam! Jam Night is an opportunity for students of all abilities to informally play together under the guidance of an instructor. Jam Night can take many forms, depending on who is in attendance, but usually includes playing songs selected by attendees, guided improvisation, opportunities to solo and more. Jam night is a great way for beginners to ease into playing with others and for experienced musicians to practice improv and soloing skills. There is no audience for Jam Night - more an opportunity for musicians to hone their group playing and improv skills with the expectation that it will be messy and free! And it is SO MUCH FUN!
